Cap Elevator

This cap elevator machine is for feeding the caps to the cap unscrambler part of the capping machine or rinsing filling capping 3 in 1 monoblock machine. The ladder belt is from food class, the machine lift up the caps from the hopper part,there is with UV light which can sterilizing the caps in the lift process. The machine is with sensor, can control by PLC or touch screen of the capping machine or rinsing filling capping 3 in 1 machine.

Cap elevator is an automatic capping machine to press and screw lids on bottles. It’s special designed for automatic packing line. Different to traditional intermittent type capping machine, this machine is a continuous capping type.Compared to intermittent capping, this machine is more efficient, pressing more tightly, and do less harm to the lids. Now it’s widely applied in food, pharmaceutical, chemical industries. The machine consists of two parts: capping part and lid feeding part.

The cap elevator can cap a wide range size of the bottle, the cap elevator is mainly used for tightening screw caps, such as plastic bottles, glass bottles, cosmetic bottles, bottles of mineral water. Host speed using imported inverter, stepless speed regulation. This machine has compact and reasonable structure, so the machine can be easily linked with other equipment into line. The machine is suitable for food, medicine, pesticide, chemical industries and so on.
