Cap Loader and Sortor

This cap loader and sortor can lift the caps up from the caps hopper,in the lifting process, the wrong direction caps ticked off, and the machine makes the cap orderly input the cap chute at the right direction. The machine is the necessary equipment for the automatically filling machine. As the filling requirement, the cap sterilizing process can be added, the caps will be rising by the disinfectant liquids and pure water before the cap goes to the capping position. The machine is with sensor, can control by PLC or touch screen of the capping machine or rinsing filling capping 3 in 1 machine.

The principle of this machine is to manually put the bottle cap into the vibrating plate. The principle of the vibrating plate is to push the vibration to disperse and push upward. In the process of pushing, the caps of the front and back side are selected. The selected caps enter the track and put into the bottle opening, then start to cap the bottles.
