CGF Series 3-10L Bottle Washing-Filling-Capping Machine Description:

This CGF series 3-10L bottle washing-filling-capping machine is applied to big bottle, from 3L to 10L, the machine is okay whatever the machine is with handle or without handle. The machine is applied to water (mineral water,pure water,still water, spring water,drinking water,coconut water and so on).

The machine includes rinsing, filling and capping three functions, the rising function can realize rising for all angle of inside bottle and outside bottle and bottle dripping from water drops, the filling function adopts gravity normal pressure filling, the capping function can realize screw capping or pressing kind capping, whatever flat top cap or for the flip top cap, with the cap sorting and cap sterilizing system. The machine is automatically controlled the machine is equipped with sensor and PLC and can realize no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping, alarming when cap lacked.

Washing Part:

The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet.
Driving system of the 3-in-1 Unit is positioned under the machine table. One main motor provides driving power via gear transmission.
The gear transmission system is an interleaved arrangement of steel gears and nylon gears.

Filling Part:

1. Bottle washing-filling-capping machine, filling machine and sealing machine into one unit.

Capping Part:

The high efficiency atomizing nozzle mounted on the bottle clamp is able to clean any part of the bottle inner wall and save water for rinsing at the same time.
All sliding bushings of the lifting device are made of corrosion-proof and maintenance-free bearings from Igus, Germany.
The rinser is driven by a drive system located in the machine frame through gearing.
