This RCGGF series big Size pieces(Paste, Oil etc.) 3-in-1 & 4-in-1 rinsing-filling(filling)-capping mono-block is applied for particle juice,particulate juice, fruit pulp or pulpy juice, concentrate juice, granular pulp juice, juice with big grab granules, Nata De coco drinks, Nata De coco juice, juice with Nata De coco, drinks with Nata De coco, the machine includes rinsing, filling, juice filling and particle filling, and capping four functions, the rising function can realize rising for all angle of inside bottle and outside bottle and bottle dripping from water drops.

The juice filling function adopts hot filling and micro vacuum filling with re-flux system and with CIP function, the particle juice filling adopts volume filling principle with piston filling valve, which is also called plunger pump filling valve, the capping function can realize screw capping or pressing kind capping, whatever flat top cap or for the flip top cap, with the cap sorting and cap sterilizing system. The machine is automatically controlled, the machine is equipped with sensor and PLC and can realize no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping, alarming when cap lacked.
