DCGF 3-in-1 Isobaric Filling Machine Description:
This DCGF 3-in-1 isobaric filling machine is applied for PET bottled carbonated drinks (soda water, soda drinks, sparkling drinks, sparkling water, Pepsi, coca cola, sprite, cola, Fanta and so on).
The machine includes rinsing, filling and capping three functions, the rising function can realize rising for all angle of inside bottle, the filling function adopts isobaric filling, the capping function is by the magnetic moment twist, which has the function of unload the overloading force on the cap.
The machine is with the cap scrambler and cap loading system. The machine is controlled the machine is equipped with sensor and PLC and can realize no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping, alarming when cap lacked.
