This automatic PET bottle rotary oil filling and capping machine is applied to oil (coconut oil, edible oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, Soybean oil, sesame seeds oil, peanut oil, cooking oil,lubricant,lubricating oil, engine oil, machine oil) , PET bottle and pressing kind top flip cap.
The machine includes filling and capping two functions, the filling function adopts volume filling, also called piston filling or plunger valve filling. The capping function is by pressing capping principle, the machine is with the cap sorting and cap loading system. The machine is automatically controlled the machine is equipped with sensor and PLC and can realize no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping, alarming when cap lacked.
