These bottle rinsing machines are designed for the closure of plastic (PET) or glass bottles with plastic screw caps or “anti-theft” type aluminum caps. These machines are rotary and they have many cap elements (cap heads).
These machines operate completely automatically. The bottles are fed into the capping head by means of a transfer screw and an input spider. The capping machines are equipped with an orientation device and a device for feeding the bottles according to the type of cap. The capped bottles are brought on a conveyor belt. The cappers have an independent drive and a capacity control device with an infinitesimal frequency regulator. They are equipped with a protective surface. For bottles of different heights, the capper is controlled by a lifting device driven by an electric motor.
