Bottle Filling Line Details:

Washing Part:

First of all, the top lid should be taken off, then different brushes similar to oversized test tube brushes clean the barrel mouth, inside and outside of the barrel The last step should be UV irradiation before entering the filling step. Cleaning is generally done by a special machine that is part of the production line.

Filling Part:

1. Gallon bottle washing machine, filling machine and sealing machine into one unit.
